TestComplete NOT detected Safary 5.0.5 and Firefox 3.5

Hi all I have a problem, TestComplete does not detect my Safary browser version 5.0.5 neither Mozilla Firefox browser 35 and not encounter any patch or extension to this problem, could someone help me...

    TestComplete 10.50 works with FF 34.0.5 without any problem.

    Do you have a Web license for TestComplete? Does the support for Firefox is installed (File|Install Extensions|Web) ?

The "Whats New" for 10.50 only mentions support up to FireFox 33. http://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/65670/#ID0EXG



Patches also only go up to FireFox 33. http://support.smartbear.com/downloads/testcomplete/firefox-patches/



Probably worth switching off auto-update in FireFox. At least it's easy to do in that. Unlike Chrome ...



You sure about your version though? Latest version on the FireFox download page is showing as 34.0.5 for me? Not had to use FireFox for a while (and auto-update is off) so I'm a bit out of touch with that one ...
