I found two sites that can help you obtain an older version of Chrome directly from Google's website. The first gives you a PowerShell script that you can run (if you have the appropriate permissions) to obtain links to various Chrome versions.

The second is a StackOverflow post from a user (Andrzej Jakuszyk) that used the script from the above link and obtained a number of links for different versions and posted those links.in his post.

The StackOverflow post has links up to Chrome 110 but doesn't have links for later versions. You can use the script to obtain those if needed. I did that for Chrome 111 and 112, and obtained these links for those versions:
