First of all, make sure that the SmartBear TestComplete Extension is installed and enabled in your Chrome: chrome://extensions/
If this doesn’t help, I recommend that you report this issue to our TestComplete Customer Care Team ( http://support.smartbear.com/product-list/ ). Our R&D team may need to investigate it in detail.

Thank you for replying. I don't use TC 11.20 now. I will report it in future if I use TC 11.20.

The same problem was appeared (the same message),
but our system is windows server 2012 r2.
