Maybe someone can explain how the above files are touched are updated when not used or in use - technical explanation.
Does something poll the license server periodically to update these files while the tools are not in use?
What could be happening periodically during the day that would corrupt these files?
Champion Level 3I had similar issue with, I think it was v15.50, where I was not able to gain a license after installing TC on Windows 10. Digging through the documentation, I came across a page, where it had mentioned to turn off Hyper-V. After doing this, TC installed fine. It took ages for me to resolve this!
It could be relating to the same issue.
