Hi,
While Smartbear's guys try to monitor this forum, I would recommend to report the problem directly to Support via the https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=TestComplete form.
There are no exceptions, or anything, so I can't send any logs.
You may consider Report Generator tool provided with TestComplete and try it to check if it provides you with some stack trace for TestComplete and/or your tested application: https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/testing-with/advanced/tracing-critical-errors/report-generator/index.html
Thanks, I was not sure where I can report issues ! I've contacted TestComplete team. I'll give this reporting tool a try soon too.
