TC suddenly stopped recognising as silverlight objects

TC 9.3 suddenly stopped recognising Silverlight application objects. It does still recognise them as UIA objects though. I did not see it throwing any errors as such  when its not patched properly. Wondering what might have caused it to behave like that!
