I did verify that the Dephi and C++ Builder Open Applications Support Extension is installed. The freeze appears to occur during the "EditWorkRuleMinContin" subroutine right after the "Call WFMWin.keys("^f")" line of code which brings up a Find window. It's supposed to modify controls in this window after bringing up the dialog but that never happens. I did terminate the tested application after the freeze and TC does appear to resume sending commands. I installed the debugger and generated he two dump files as you requested and attached them. I'll try to get the two additional dump files to you as well. It might be too difficult to set up an instance of our application as it requires a database server. I'd like to see if we can diagnose the problem some other way first.
