TC 12.4 -- DDT ExcelDriver broken?

I think I was warned about this before but I'm not sure what my next step should be.

How do I upgrade Microsoft Data Access driver? Is this something my internal IT does? I'm trying to see if I can get this resolved myself since the turn-around time for these things isn't too good here :)
