Sys object suddenly not responding

Some weeks ago I upgraded TestComplete to the new version 10.30 (I am not sure if my problem is related to this)
But now I find myself with a problem I dont know what else to do about it: One application I was able to test in the past with TestComplete (or even TestExecute) now I found myself I cannot.
Just after downloading and executing that application, then suddenly the "Sys" object is not responding. If I try "Sys.WaitProcess()" or even "Sys.Refresh();" the execution just remains there and TestComplete doesn't continue with the execution, and I cannot even stop the execution. Any ideas why "Sys" object may not be responding? Something related to the Object browser may be? Anything in the project configuration?
