Stuck configure ide to flex applications.

Hi, Im stuck trying to configure ide for flex applications. We have TestComplete 9 but in the proyect properties dont show the Flex options that image shows.

What I did wrong ?

What I have to do previously to this options?

Those options appear on flash builder, not TC
