I am trying to send my test results using the Send Via Email function, once I click on it I get the popup box asking me if I want to save the visualizer images, once I click ok the box goes away and no more options are given to me. Am I missing a plugin or something? How can I get it to email me my results? I am using MS Outlook 2016

No I recently started a new job and I am learning how to use smartbear. I want to use this function to email the test results, but I have never gotten it to work.

Outlook needs to be the default email on your computer. You might want to check here
consider filing for a support ticket, if the send email button is not working for you within the test logs. you can get a patch from support.
