Sending via Email not working

I am trying to send my test results using the Send Via Email function, once I click on it I get the popup box asking me if I want to save the visualizer images, once I click ok the box goes away and ...

consider filing for a support ticket, if the send email button is not working for you within the test logs. you can get a patch from support.
