red target box doesn't display anymore

The red target box used to display when I recorded keyword tests but all of a sudden it no longer displays.  Did I toggle something by accident?  How do I get the red target box to appear again?

I just rebooted my machine and checked for updates.  I still don't have the red target box displaying again.  😞

Any other ideas?

    Sorry - I should have said that to begin with.  I'm running TestComplete on my desktop.
