Hi UConnAnnMarie!
This is most likely due to either TC needed to be updated, or a restart of TestComplete or the Browser may be required.
I would go to Help -> Check for Updates to start and get everything up to date. Then restart TC and the browser.

thanks! I've already rebooted my machine and have run updates but I'll try again.
