Question about speed startup
when I start my application testing, takes about 3 minutes to start? Anyone know how I can reduce this startup time?

I believe that the delay was because the TestComplete doing the syntax check, what do you think? For I have 200 Thousand lines!

Yes, that would make your test take a very long time to start...
I would suggest taking a look at Data-Driven Testing and making smaller scripts.
