What are the minimum and optimal PC requirements to be able to use the recommended TestComplete and Test Execute application?

Hey Wiserjet, you can find the system requirements here.
In a nutshell, for TestComplete, Windows 7 32-bit up through 11 are supported, but at least Windows 10 64-bit is recommended. You'll need at least an Intel Core 2 Duo 2 GHz but an i5 or i7 is recommended, you'll need at least 2 GB of RAM but 16 GB is recommended.
There are some other specs that are less likely to be important to call out (e.g., you need a mouse...) but check out that page for some requirements specific to some types of testing that you may or may not need to do.
The requirements and recommendations for TestExecute are similar, except around Disk Space requirements based on a quick glance. You can find those requirements here.
