Occasionally TestComplete doesn't recognize firefox 16 as a browser process, just normal os process

I just realized that i am not only one who has this issue, i followed the instruction of doc "preparing FF" and TC still does not recognize ff as browser occasionally.

weired thing is, if i restart TC, page will be recognized as browser again.

this is a quit big issue for my web tests, can someone tell me how you work around it?

i just cannot understand why it happens occasionally? if i run my test 10x, it recognized webpage as browser 8x, but 2x as process and failed the test. why it happens? i am quit desperated..
