It looks like you are using one of the older versions of TestComplete. It would make sense to upgrade to the latest product version (11.31) and check how it works - it should have those issues solved. A download link can be found in your SmartBear Customer Account.
If the issue persists, please create a new support case.

em already using latest verision of TC which is 11.31.2420.
