Not receiving the email when we submit the support ticket
We are not receiving the email notifications when we submit the support ticket through testComplete UI. Due to this we do not know wehen customer suppoet has updated our tickets .
sonya_m what is causing this issue . This is a major issue for us .

Yes after submitting the ticket at first they are not convinced then I have to give them steps . after that they realized . Now the issue has been resolved.
