Not receiving the email when we submit the support ticket

We are not receiving the email notifications when we submit the support ticket through testComplete UI. Due to this we do not know wehen customer suppoet has updated our tickets .   sonya_m what is...

    Yes after submitting the ticket at first they are not convinced then I have to give them steps . after that they realized . Now the issue has been resolved.

nisgupta If this workaround doesn't work, please keep working with our support team in case 00462095 as this issue definitely requires investigation on the Support side.

We received your steps to reproduce the issue there and our support engineers are trying to reproduce it at the moment. Thank you!
