To resume the above: if your test were created in TC8 with LCIE turned off, and you try to run the same tests in TC9 and face a problem with multiple IE processes, disable LCIE to avoid them. If this doesn't help, and your old TC8 tests still don't work in TC9, send us the problematic project with logs, and we'll check what's wrong.
