Is Testcomplete compatible with Angular 2?

I just started with Testcomplete on a new Website using Angular 2 - Is it compatible?   Because there are many objects which I hardly find or classes doesnt get recognized to identify the elements ...

    Hi,

     

    The short answer - yes, you must be able to automate pages created with Angular 2.

    For the long answer, I would recommend fantastic reply by Lino (https://community.smartbear.com/t5/TestComplete-Functional-Web/TestComplete-9-3-Does-it-support-kendoUI/m-p/81168#M17730) that remains actual for any JavaScript-based web library. The major problem that most probably you will meet is absence of unique identifiers for the objects you need to interact with. But this should be solvable through the interaction with developers. Otherwise there are no significant problems are expected.

I have this angular plugin installed ... but it doesnt really recognize my elements, or at least not all of them - also on the dropdown menue I cant select values.

 

So my question is, if its only working for angular 1 and there is no angular 2 support yet, or if i make something wrong?
