We already have 2 node locekd licenses been activated in RDP and requested for some additional no of node locked licenses, got that too from smartbear but the problem is we are not able to add those new licenses to the same remote desktop.
Any suggestions please ?

Could you please provide more details about what you need and your setup?
Node-locked license for TestComplete is not bound to specific user but is bound to the machine it has been activated at. Thus only one node-locked license should be activated on the given physical machine (floating licenses must be used for virtual machines) as only one user can use it at a time. (There might be differences in this scheme for Terminal Server that makes it possible for several users to work on the same physical machine concurrently. I am not sure for this case and this need to be consulted with the documentation and/or Smartbear Custom Representative.)
