Updating Test Complete version

Hi,

My colleagues and I would like to upgrade to the latest version of Test Complete. However, we are unable to find where we can download or install the newest version.

Could you please advise where we can access the latest installer and what the correct upgrade procedure is?

    Within your existing TestComplete, click the "user profile" button, followed by "manage license"

    You can then download the latest version of TestComplete from your https://manage.smartbear.com/ portal.

    Once downloaded, install the application and follow the prompts to upgrade.

    I forgot to mention - if you have issues during installation, then you'll need to perform a clean install via the command prompt

    C:\>TestComplete1580SLM.exe --clean

OR

C:\>TestComplete1580SLM.exe -clean

    Assuming TestComplete1580SLM.exe is the latest version of TestComplete
