How do I access to the Import Test wizard in TC10.6 (disappeared)?

Hi

 

I would like import test instructions into TestComplete as it is explained in http://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/55555/ 

However, I cannot perform "To call the wizard, select File | Import | Test from TestComplete’s main menu."

The import button is not present?

 

Is it a bug, a wrong configuration from me, or the import feature has been removed?
