Firefox Extension doesnt appear in the add ons/plugins

I installed the patche for Firefox 46 but still the plugin doesnt appear in the addons.
i used this installation notes for installation (http://downloads.smartbear.com/testcomplete/browser-patches/firefox/tc_11_31_2420_FF46_patch_Installation_Notes.htm)

This seems to be really weird. Can u help me as its a really big blocking issue.
