Firefox 13 Patch not working on TestExecute
I have TestComplete 9 installed and working with FF 13 after the added patch, so all is good there but when i install TestExecute on a separate machine i cannot get FF 13 to launch. I have applied the patches from the site for the TestExecute 9 version and it still doesn't work. I get the error:

Mozilla Firefox (x86)
This browser was not found on the current computer, or it is not supported
TE 9 worked fine when i had Firefox 12 installed so its isolated to FF13 only but im not sure why the patch isnt working for TE 9 while its working fine for TC 9
Any options? Ideas?
