To help us investigate the problem, please contact us via the Contact Support page and attach the problematic project suite along with the test execution results (please zip the entire suite folder).
BTW, we've recently released TestComplete 9. The web testing functionality has been dramatically improved in this version. The cross-browser testing became simpler in the latest product version.
