curious problem with TestComplete 9.2

I've made an upgrade from 9.0 to 9.2.



Since the upgrade was done, sometimes a message comes up "List index out of bounds(0)".

Additionally some functionality of TestComplete tools is missing.



Does anyone have any idea about this problem????
