After you have downloaded the archive, unzip the patch file to the appropriate location (back up the existing file before doing this, just in case):
\Bin\tcCore.dll => <TestComplete 9>\Bin\tcCore.dll - TanyaYatskovskaSmartBear Alumni (Retired)
