Before you try this I suggest you backup the dll file.  This was my fix not sure it will help you but give it a try.http://downloads.smartbear.com/support/4bc7e198-18cd-4868-bafe-245da07f8ce1



After you have downloaded the archive, unzip the patch file to the appropriate location (back up the existing file before doing this, just in case):

\Bin\tcCore.dll => <TestComplete 9>\Bin\tcCore.dll
