Consistently Consistent

I have had problems with consistency from day to day with Smart Bear Scripts. Is there a whit paper available for best practices.

Here is an example. I have a script that logins in and does its thing. Every once in a while only half a screen will open and I will get an error that says ***_____ is not available. 

The last thing I need is my users debugging these little nuanced errors.
