I use the ADO objects a lot for SQL connectivity. For IBM DB2, you'll need a particular connection string... you can find the string you want at https://www.connectionstrings.com/ibm-db2/

I tried something but getting an error - [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified

My guess based on the message text:
-- You are trying to establish connection using ODBC DSN;
-- TestComplete is 32-bit application and can use 32-bit DSNs only. So, if you are using 64-bit OS, you *must* install 32-bit driver and set DSN using 32-bit ODBC Administration utility started from <Windows>\SysWOW64 folder (e.g. as "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe").

Best guess is that the driver you are attempting to use is not present in the system. You need to work out your connection string to match what you need. My guess is that the ODBC driver you're attempting to use (jdbc...) is not set up within your OS. Have you tried any of the other connections string formats on that link I gave you earlier? For example, it seems that https://www.connectionstrings.com/db2-net-data-provider-db2connection/specifying-schema/ might meet your needs.
Unfortunately, I'm not familiar enough with DB2 to help you out further. Perhaps someone else has more experience.
