Closing TestComplete 9 with Chrome open will crash chrome

has anyone else run into the scenario where you are closing Testcomplete 9 with chrome open (not testing a web app, open for other reasons) and Testcomplete freezes and causes chrome to crash?

Is it reproduced with TestComplete 9.20? If the problem persists, please check whether the AutomatedQA TestComplete 8 extension is installed and enabled in Chrome. Disable it. Does this help?
