Cannot select certain web elements anymore

Hello! So earlier this week my test started failing, nothing have been done update wise or anything since its always a virtual machine reverting back to its checkpoint each time it tests. 

But since this week test complete has not been able to click on certain web elements, its like there is a window behind it, when it tries to select the hamburger menu (arrows pointing) the whole window gets selected. 

Same thing happens with login page

Anyone got solution for it? tried to update complete to latest, latest windows etc but no result.
