API Level 8 for Android

We have an app the uses API Level 8, does the current android automation support API level 8?

Hi Rey,

API 8 corresponds to Android 2.2. As far as I know, the latest Android 2 version is 2.3, and, judging by this page, most of Android 2 users use that version. So, I've created a suggestion to add the Android 2.3 support to TestComplete based on your request.

Hi,

The best approach is to try and check what TestComplete will be able to do for you, but according to the documentation API Level 8 is not supported: http://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/57023/
