API failure when attempting to export TestComplete test to QAComplete
We've a new TestComplete customer trying out some things. When we attempt to export a TestComplete test to QAComplete we encounter the following error "Unable to retrieve QAComplete project information - A call to QAComplete API failed with the following error(s); You are not allowed to use this method"
Anyone else experience this issue? If so we'd appreciate your assistance. I've opened a support ticket with SmartBear support but haven't yet received a proposed solution. By the way, after clicking the 'Export to QAComplete' link we are able to sucessfully connect to QAComplete, we get the error after filling out the QAComplete server, User Name & Pwd info then clicking Next >.

SmartBear support provided us with a new SwpStack.Manager.dll file which resolved the issue. : )
