API failure when attempting to export TestComplete test to QAComplete

We've a new TestComplete customer trying out some things.  When we attempt to export a TestComplete test to QAComplete we encounter the following error "Unable to retrieve QAComplete project informat...

    SmartBear support provided us with a new SwpStack.Manager.dll file which resolved the issue.   : )

I am also facing the same issue.

Please provide solution

    We use Active Directory to authenticate our users in QAComplete and that was the culprit.  SmartBear support said they would include the fix in a future release but they didn't clarify exactly when that would occur.
