Activating Testcomplete 9

I currently have both Testcomplete 8 and 9 installed on my PC. I can activate #8, but I can't activate #9. I get an "Unable to find an activated license" error when launching #9. Any ideas?

    I recommend that you try troubleshooting your licensing issue using our Licensing Troubleshooter.


    Even if the Troubleshooter cannot help you solve the problem, it provides additional information we need to investigate the issue. Thanks :)
