SoapUI NG Pro license activation failed - support please reply

I followed the procedure to activate offline headless activation for a previous user and it worked.  

 

I've tried the same procedure with a new user and below is the result.  There is no license for the user despite the license manager confirming license was installed successfully!

 

I lodge a support ticket and somehow my ticket got lost from US to Russia.  Nobody has contacted me again.  This is really unacceptable having invested on quite a number of soapui pro tests/projects and we cannot run them on actual environment.

 

Can somebody please help?

      Thanks Tanya.  My issue with licensing activation has been resolved with the help of Smartbear's customer support.

    There was a process that was corrupting the licenses. I changed them to read only permission after activation. I never got around to find out which process corrupts them.

      Hi

      adriandsanjuanthank you for tip :)

       

      I have one more question :).

      During the activation we have to do some steps.

       

      First step is 

      java -jar ready-api-license-manager-1.2.2.jar -f soapUI-license-xxxx.key

      After that i choose Offline activation and sending email to smarbeart.

      Then I got activate.key via mail and putit on machine filesystem.

       

      On wich step i have to change permission and on what file?

      btw. my ticket on smarbear is still processing :(  - 3 day without respond. I'll checkit what SLA has smartbear for clients.
