SoapUI NG Pro license activation failed - support please reply
I followed the procedure to activate offline headless activation for a previous user and it worked.
I've tried the same procedure with a new user and below is the result. There is no license for the user despite the license manager confirming license was installed successfully!
I lodge a support ticket and somehow my ticket got lost from US to Russia. Nobody has contacted me again. This is really unacceptable having invested on quite a number of soapui pro tests/projects and we cannot run them on actual environment.
Can somebody please help?
