8405 installer clicked but no response

I was installing 8405 revision of collaborator, but it got no response when I double clicked the installer of app. I am pretty surprised that I can install 8502 successfully but our server only supports 8405. Could anyone help me on this?

    84xx installer may require an earlier version of JRA installed on your machine (v6 I think)?
