Late breaking news! The Firefox dev team has removed the incompatible elements fromFirefox 36 - as a result, DejaClick will continue working whenFirefox 36 is released (currently expected on 2/24/2015)! We will be updating DejaClick for Firefox ahead of the release of 36 to maximize compatibility. Dear AlertSite Customer Mozilla is making significant changes to Firefox’s extension architecture with version 57. This version is slated for a November 14 th release. The AlertSite DejaClick plugin will not work on Firefox version 57 and above. To continue using DejaClick on your computer it will be necessary to have a version of Firefox running v56 or lower. Depending on your normal use of Firefox, there are several ways to accommodate this change. 1. Turn off Automatic Updates on your current Firefox browser to keep it at v56. This can be done from the Firefox Preferences panel. In v56, Firefox Updates is in the General tab. In previous versions, Firefox Update configuration appears in the Advanced tab. 2. Download and install an earlier of version of Firefox and install alongside your auto-updating version of Firefox. If this is your preferred approach, we recommend installing Firefox v52. This version will be installed to our monitoring network in Q4 2017 allowing you to record your web transactions with the same Firefox version used for monitor playback. In v52, Firefox Updates is in the Advanced tab in Preferences. It is best to close any open instances of Firefox before installing v52. V52 should also be installed to a different location to the existing version. A third option is to use DejaClick for Chrome. The Chrome version of DejaClick works with current versions of the Chrome browser. Hi, I'm writing to let you know that the AlertSite platform migration was completed at approximately 5:30pm EDT today (Tuesday)! Several points of interest for users: 1. The IP ranges of the AlertSite consoles, www.alertsite.com and uxm.alertsite.com, have changed. If you have any issues connecting to these URLs from inside your corporate firewalls, please open a ticket using the link below. 2. Ifyou have any issues with existing AlertSite sessions, please log out and restart your browser. 3. Please note that the IP addresses for REST API and InSite users are unchanged and will be migrated at a later date. As mentioned previously, the AlertSite UXM console features a variety of updates andhere is a summary of some of the majorchanges: Night Mode! We are introducing a dark theme for the UXM console. A simple toggle control on the dashboard toolbar allows you to switch between our dark and light themes. Dashboard diagnostic mode: Drill directly into scatter plot and run screen from any time interval displayed on dashboard. Access waterfalls, screen captures, and other details without leaving the dashboard. This functionality can be accessed by clicking any dashboard sparkline or via a new control on the dashboard toolbar. Run Screen Enhancements: Modal waterfall move to step level in run screen User configurable number of runs on run list Run Screen Location Filter. Users can now filter the run screen by location. Run Screen Error Filtering. Users can now filter the run screen to show all failing runs. Previously, filtering was limited to a single error type. Dashboard Enhancements: A new dashboard timeframe - 12 hours - is now available. Ability to set the number of dashboard items at 25, 50 or 100 items. (the current dashboard only shows 25) The Dashboard View configuration panel has been updated to include monitor and group selection so that all Dashboard View controls are available in a single panel. New monitor creation workflow: Process has been streamlined Waterfall enhancement: Users can now copy URLs directly from the UXM waterfall to their clipboard. Alerting Enhancements: Alert recipient groups can now be configured at the step level, so you can target different recipients and templates based on which step fails. The alert recipient group screen has been redesigned. For SoapUI-based monitors: We’ve updated the AlertSite status codes to match the specific codes found in SoapUI and Ready! API. Greetings! We are in the process of migrating the AlertSite console to an updated platform. As part of this migration, beginning on this week, users may see a change to the AlertSite console URLs after you login. We are using the term "jupiter" in our console URLs to identify when your console session is being served up from our new infrastructure. The data behind the new infrastructure is the same as what you see today. All of your monitors, results, reports, etc. will still be visible and available. The use of these alternate URLs is automatic and temporary. Once the migration is completed over the next few weeks, we will eventually revert to the original URLs (www.alertsite.comand uxm.alertsite.com). Questions or Concerns?
