Important AlertSite Platform Migration Update

Hi,

 

I'm excited to let you know that we are preparing to migrate all AlertSite console traffic to our updated platform. We are planning on making this change Wednesday, September 21st at approximately 8am EDT. We do not expect any downtime as a result of this change.

 

The data behind the new infrastructure is the same as what you see today. All of your monitors, results, reports, etc. will still be visible and available. Please note that your monitoring and alerting will also not be affected by this work.

 

Users of the AlertSite UXM console will notice additional functionality and style changes. More details on what's new will posted early next week.
