not find page object in firefox

Hi all,



When I explore Object Browser, I found page object in IE process; but I didn't find any page object in FF process, I just get Window("MozillaDropShadowWindowClass","....",...) child nodes. I don't know what problem is.

I use TC 7.2, IE 7, and FF 4 and WinXP OS

    I have installed Firefox support plug-in 4.0, but I haven't still found any web elements when using Firefox browser. I don't know what I must do more than. Can you help me, please

    Hi Vu,



    I guess you mean the Firefox 7 support patch for TestComplete 8.60. This patch can be used only with the latest version of TestComplete. Firefox 4 is not supported by TestComplete 7.20. The supported versions are 1.5.0.1-3.5. Please upgrade to TestComplete 8.60 (the current version).
