VDIs not able to find floating license but Desktop are ok

HI All,    We have issue with Floating license that in our organization VDI machine as not able to open the testcomplete because they are not able to find the floating license but desktops are ok. ...

If the port is being blocked, then check your firewall settings. Also, your screenshots are too small to read
