TC stop running on vmware

Hi,

i'm running a script on a vmware machine and TC never managed to finish the number of times i planned it to run.i think the reason is the vmware who's getting into a sleep or screen saver mode because when i'm in the office working on my machine i can see the vm on my dual screen and as long as i'm in the office i can see it looping and running but the moment i come in the next day i see it stop running suddenly.

does anyone know about a problem like this?

    Hi Ofer,



    TestComplete requires that the application's GUI be drawn to work with its objects. If the application's window is minimized or "overlapped" by the screensaver, the operating system does not draw its GUI, so TestComplete cannot “see” the tested application’s interface and thus fails to interact with it. So, you need to switch off the screensaver when running your tests.
