Object on the page is not identified during test run

Question

I am new to Test Complete and was trying to follow their Introductory training which involves this "My store" webstore(https://services.smartbear.com/samples/TestComplete12/smartstore/)

I tried to record the steps for checkout but when I am trying to execute it, I am getting error as "The object "pageBillingaddress" does not exist. "

Why would I get this when user is taken to the same page with this object during test run. Can someone help me how to debug this.

The most important part to TestComplete is getting the Name Mapping correctly defined.

If the object "pageBillingaddress" can not be found, then TestComplete is not able to find that object with the properties given.
