Making update the region by the script

Good afternoon,

I wonder if it is possible to update a region by code, not manually equal currently do. Because I would like to address the differences ...

In short, it is possible to update the region using code?

Or someone uses another way ...

    Sorry, I'm not quite sure what you're trying to do. Could you include some screenshots as examples?

      Today I have a picture comparison in Adobe Reader, which has the following name: RegionTest.

      The RegionTest region gave error.

      Now I want to update the RegionTest image, replacing the new one. Example code:

      Regions.Update (RegionTest, Alises.adobe.editA);
