Installation failed error code 65584

I'm having this problem. I can't proceed to install TestComplete.

We already have our license server setup in office and I am installing from my laptop at home. I tried both when connected to office vpn and no vpn connection.

 

Any help appreciated!

Hi

Reinstall the HASP drivers that are used to manage and verify license information.

Remove your hasplms service using hasplms.exe -r -kp. (More instructions are available in smartbear documentation)

NEXT MUST STEP:

DELETE THE FOLDER "Aladdin Shared" from C:\Program files\Common Files

Then install the service using hasplms.exe -i (More instructions are available in smartbear documentation)

 

Now install TestComplete. This may again stop the hasplms service. Check Services to see if it is running or not. If it is not running, Do the above steps to remove and re-install the service.

 

After this try testcomplete and it should work

If I continue, I get the next error message of...

The HASP installer failed with error code 65573. Features
which require HASP may not operate properly.

If I continue from that message, the original installer screen shows the following last line...

If HASP drivers are not installed then the Lightworks application will not run.

And the application appears not to be installed.
