What it looks like is that some of the required plugins/requirements aren't met. This should work, obviously.
Please check out https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/app-testing/desktop/java/about.html and make sure that you have all requirements, plugins, etc.. If it still doesn't work, let us know and we'll go from there.

Why automate? I do automated testing because there's only so much a human being can do and remain healthy. Sleep is a requirement. So, while people sleep, automation that I create does what I've described above in order to make sure that nothing gets past the final defense of the testing group.
